<p>An external voltage input to an input unit 10 is stepped down by a non-stabilized power supply unit 11 to an intermediate voltage, and is given to POL power supply units 13a, 13b, and 13c. Delay times obtained by subtracting feedback delay times of the respective POL power supply units 13a, 13b, and 13c from the delay time of the non-stabilized power supply unit 11 are set to delay units 12a, 12b, and 12c, respectively. The input voltage is delayed by the delay time set to each of the delay units 12a, 12b, and 12c, and is given to each of the POL power supply units 13a, 13b, and 13c as a delayed voltage. The POL power supply units 13a, 13b, and 13c respectively perform PWM control on switching operations on the intermediate voltage given from the non-stabilized power supply unit 11 according to power supply voltages output to respective loads 2a, 2b, and 2c and the delayed voltages given from the delay units 12a, 12b, and 12c. A power supply device 1 outputs a power supply voltage whose variations have been suppressed even when variations have occurred in an external voltage to be input.</p> |
