PROCESS FOR DEEP CEMENT MIXING FOR RECYCLING FLOATING SOIL AT SEA BED

PURPOSE: A deep mixing treatment method recycling slime generated when improving a sea-bed soft ground is provided to recycle slime after storing in a collecting container so that uncontaminated areas of the sea can be maintained by preventing the pollution of a sea surface around a construction field because slime does not flow into seawater. CONSTITUTION: A deep mixing treatment method recycling slime is as follows. A slime collecting container(120) is installed on a sea-bed of an upper part of stirring rod(110) for recycling slime. The slime coming up along the stirring rod is kept in the inside of the slime collecting container. A stirring blade(111) is rotated while supplying a cement paste to the charged slime. The cement paste is sprayed at high pressure so that the slime and cement paste are uniformly mixed. The slime mixed with the cement paste is stack on a column(200) of a reinforced mixture of a cylindrical shape and forms a structure having required strength by being integrated with the column of the reinforced mixture.
