PURPOSE: A pillow equipped with a height adjusting part is provided to prevent a user from snoring and the generation of apnea and to alleviate the fatigue of the user. CONSTITUTION: A pillow equipped with a height adjusting part includes a pillow part(100), a main height adjusting part(200), and a sub-height adjusting part(300). The pillow part includes a cut part which supports the cervical vertebra of a user. The height adjusting part composed of the main height adjusting part and the sub-height adjusting part is inserted at the lower part of the pillow based on the cut part of the pillow part. The main adjusting part adjusts the height of the pillow part. |
