PURPOSE: A bus bar device, a stator, a motor and a stator manufacturing method are provided to make weight reduction of the bus bar device and reduce manufacturing costs of the bus bar device at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of bus bars(31~33) is located in a diameter direction of a bus bar device(21). Each bus bar is composed of an arc-shaped conducting wire. A plurality of connection lines are connected to the plurality of coils, respectively. A plurality of connection lines is overlapped with the plurality of bus bars in an axis direction of the bus bar device. A plurality of connection lines crosses a plurality of bus bars. A crossing unit between a plurality of bus bars and a plurality of connection lines includes a connection crossing unit.
