PURPOSE: An overflow pipe for a thermal storage tank capable of discharging low temperature water on the lower side is provided to increase the storage property the thermal storage tank by relatively increasing the overflow water level. CONSTITUTION: An overflow pipe for a thermal storage tank capable of discharging low temperature water on the lower side includes an outer pipeline(110), an elbow pipeline(120), a U-shaped pipeline(130), and an inner pipeline(140). The outer pipeline is vertically installed on the outside of the thermal storage tank, and includes a horizontal unit(111) on the upper side penetrating a cell of the thermal storage tank. The elbow pipeline includes one end connected to the horizontal unit and the other end vertically facing the upper inside of the thermal storage tank. The U-shaped pipeline includes one end connected to the other end of the elbow pipeline, and the other end facing the lower inside of the thermal storage tank. The inner pipeline includes the upper side connected to the other side of the U-shaped pipeline.
