PURPOSE: A carbon electrode material of high-sensitivity and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve an enzyme of a manufactured carbon electrode material, the sensing power of an electrochemical transport medium, and chemical affinity with respect to the enzyme of hydrophilic properties and conductivity. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a carbon electrode material of high-sensitivity is as follows. A mixed solution is manufactured by mixing a carbon precursor and pore-forming agent. A carbon material having conductivity is mixed with the mixed solution. A carbon electrode material is manufactured by using the obtained mixture. The manufactured carbon electrode material is heat-treated. The heat-treated carbon electrode material is acid-treated, thereby being activated.
