PURPOSE: Inline skates having an improved speed function is provided to produce the skates in the light weight, and to reduce the shock applied to the body of a user when running on the skates. CONSTITUTION: Inline skates having an improved speed function includes carbon frames(100), wheels(200), boots(300), metallic flaps(400), and elastic bodies(500). The carbon frames are obtained by combining two unit plates produced with carbon fibers using plural connection pins. The wheels are connected to some of the connection pins. The boots are connected to the upper side of the metallic flaps. The front ends of the metallic flaps are bound to the carbon frames using hinge shafts to be rotated. The elastic bodies connect the carbon frames and the metallic flaps.
