PURPOSE: A portable electronic device and a bookmark method are provided to bookmark a web page edited by data added by a user, thereby enabling the user to conveniently manage and use relation information. CONSTITUTION: A bookmark generating mode is set in order to bookmark a web page(S100). A web page editing mode is executed in order to edit the web page(S110). Data which is added to the web page are inputted in the web page editing mode and the web page is edited according to the inputted data and output information(S120). When editing of the web page is completed, a bookmark is generated with the edited web page(S130).
