<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymaleimide compound capable of attaining a cured product having more excellent heat resistance and greatly high glass transtion temperature. <P>SOLUTION: The polymaleimide based composition includes, based on 100 pts.wt. of a polymaleimide compound (component (A)) having a specified structure and including two or more maleimide groups in one molecule, 15 to 200 pts.wt. of an aromatic liquid reactive diluent (component (B)) to be 3,3'-diallyl-4,4'-dihydroxydiphenyl ether and/or 4,4'-diallyloxydiphenyl ether, and preferably includes a polymerization promoter (component (C)). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
