<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technique for efficiently multiplexing data. <P>SOLUTION: Multiple carrier reproduction sections 50 are associated with rotation angles one by one so as to respectively perform carrier reproduction with respect to the mutually different rotation angles based on an input signal. Multiple quadrature detection sections 42 are associated with the rotation angles one by one so as to respectively detect the input signal by a carrier which is reproduced in the carrier reproduction section 50 corresponding to the same rotation angle among the multiple carrier reproduction sections 50. Multiple demapping sections 52 are associated with the rotation angles one by one so as to perform demapping with respect to the signal detected by the quadrature detection section 42 corresponding to the same rotation angle among the multiple quadrature detection sections 42. A determination section 48 determines second data by estimating the rotation angle with respect to the input signal.
