<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power circuit that can continuously output power depending on a load state of a load section such as an MPU even when a voltage supplied from a battery drops. <P>SOLUTION: A power circuit 100 having an N type FET 41 includes: a capacitor 61 chargeable with power in the presence of a potential difference between a drive line 32 for supplying power to a drain 41d and an output line 33 for outputting power to an MPU 70; a driver 43 for applying a voltage having a higher potential than a source 41s to a gate 41g from power supplied from the battery and power stored in the capacitor 61 to turn on conduction between the drain 41d and source 41s of the FET 41; a step-down section 64 for stepping down the voltage of the output line 33 when the FET 41 is turned off; and a diode 67 for regulating a flow of current from the MPU 70 to the step-down section 64 on the output line. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
