PURPOSE: A mobile terminal for performing a remote controller function of a display device is provided to execute a specific application related to information about a selected specific area of a display device screen. CONSTITUTION: A wireless communication unit(110) forms a display device and a mobile network. A controlling unit(180) receives information related to a specific area from the display device by using a selected specific area as an interface window by a cursor. The controlling unit transmits specific information to the display device. The controlling unit controls the display device in order to display the cursor.
