TONER FOR DEVELOPING ELECTROSTATIC LATENT IMAGE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide toner for developing an electrostatic latent image capable of suppressing occurrence of fogging and suppressing occurrence of image failure due to reduction in image density or contamination of a development counter when printing is performed over a long period of time.

SOLUTION: By adhering resin fine powder composed of inorganic fine powder and a styrene acrylic resin to the surface of toner base particles containing at least a binder resin and a coloring agent, the index of dissociation from toner of the resin fine powder is adjusted to 30 or less. The content of the resin fine powder preferably is 0.3 to 5 parts by mass based on 100 parts by mass of toner for developing an electrostatic latent image.
