<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus comprising a speaker integrally molded with a cover member. <P>SOLUTION: A mobile phone 1 comprises: a case member 20 at least partially made of resin; and a speaker 100 integrally molded in a case member 20.
