<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam valve having a structure of fixing an upper lid to bear internal pressure, without depending on strength and number of bolts and nuts. <P>SOLUTION: This steam valve 10 includes a casing 11, a valve seat 12, a valve element 13, a valve rod 14, a mounting seat 15, and the upper lid 16. The casing 11 has a steam inlet 111 and a steam outlet 112. The valve seat 12 is arranged between the steam inlet 111 and the steam outlet 112. The valve element 13 abuts on the valve seat 12 from the steam inlet side to block a flow of steam. The valve rod 14 supports the valve element 13 from the steam outlet side. The mounting seat 15 is opened on the steam inlet side on an extension of the valve rod 14 and has a seal surface 152 formed at an inner peripheral edge. The upper lid 16 is mounted on the mounting seat 15 from the inside of the casing 11 and makes the seal surface 152 abut on an outer peripheral edge (seal surface 164) to seal steam in the casing 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
