<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vapor deposition gas barrier film which is excellent in a steam barrier property and has heat resistance, moisture resistance and water resistance, without using a poisonous isocyanate compound for a primer layer. <P>SOLUTION: In a gas barrier film laminate, a primer layer composed of a thermosetting reaction compound of an amine-based curing agent and an acrylic resin containing 5-50 mol% of (meth)acrylic acid derivative having an epoxy group and 5-30 mol% of the (meth)acrylic acid derivative having a hydroxyl group in constituents, and a vapor deposition film layer comprising an inorganic oxide are laminated successively in the order on at least one surface of a resin base material.
