摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit capable of eliminating an interference wave at a low power consumption. <P>SOLUTION: The semiconductor integrated circuit includes an amplifier, an interference wave suppressing part, a coupler, and a filter control circuit. The semiconductor integrated circuit is adapted to a radio communication standart in which transmission and reception are performed in a time shared manner. In the amplifier, an input is connected to an input terminal of the semiconductor integrated circuit to which a received input signal is inputted, and the amplifier outputs an amplified signal. The interference wave suppressing part contains a filter which suppresses an interference wave component in the amplified signal during on-time and outputs it to an output terminal as an output signal. When the filter is off, the interference wave suppressing part outputs the amplified signal to the output terminal as the output signal. The coupler detects the input signal or the output signal. The filter control circuit controls, at any determination timing between transmission and reception which is an interference wave detection period, the filter to be on when a signal level of the detected input signal or detected output signal detected by the coupler is equal to a reference value or higher, or controls the filter to be off when it is less than the reference value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
