<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a positive electrode active material which is not only excellent in safety and cost, but also long in life, and capable of providing a battery excellent in charge/discharge characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: A positive electrode active material according to the present invention has a composition represented by general formula (1): Li<SB POS="POST">a</SB>M1<SB POS="POST">x</SB>M2<SB POS="POST">y</SB>M3<SB POS="POST">z</SB>P<SB POS="POST">m</SB>Si<SB POS="POST">n</SB>O<SB POS="POST">4</SB>(where, M1 represents at least one selected from the group consisting of Mn, Fe, Co and Ni, M2 represents one of Zr, Sn, Y and Al, M3 represents at least one selected from the group consisting of Zr, Sn, Y, Al, Ti, V and Nb and different from M2, and 0<a≤1, 0<x≤2, 0<y<1, 0≤z<1, 0≤m<1 and 0<n≤1 are satisfied). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
