CONFERENCE ROOM RESERVATION SYSTEM, CONTROL METHOD, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable employees working in multiple different locations to use a conference room considering the cost of holding a conference using one of conference rooms each of which is situated in each of the multiple locations.

SOLUTION: Candidates of conference rooms and equipment to be reserved obtained considering the schedules of members who attend a conference and time slots in which equipment needed for the conference and a conference room are available (Step S100 to Step S115) and also a time needed for each of the members to travel from a location in which they are shortly before and after the commencement of the conference to a conference room, transportation expenses, and use fees for equipment (Step S116 to Step S126) are shown to and selected by the members.
