PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor core that prevents laser penetration portions from extending over adjacent thin sheets in a direction of a rotating axis even if there are sheet thickness errors and laser positioning errors as in conventional stator cores and that maintains electric insulation between the adjacent thin sheets in the direction of the rotating axis.
SOLUTION: A rotor core 10 has thin sheets 12a, 12b, 12c, 12d, ... that are laminated in a direction of a rotating axis 11 and joined together in a circumferential direction. On an outer or inner edge thereof, each of the thin sheets has a set of laser welding portions 15 and 16 and non-welding portions 17 and 18 that allow laser to be defocused thereon. In the thin sheets adjacent in the direction of the rotating axis 11, the laser welding portions 15 and 16 and the non-welding portions 17 and 18 are alternated in the direction of the rotating axis 11.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
