<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication device which determines an observance level of a traffic rule based on lapse time of a current signal indication and notifies the observance level in a predetermined manner. <P>SOLUTION: A mobile communication device which is provided in a mobile body has: a communication section which receives traffic light information; and a control section which determines whether or not the mobile body ignores a stop signal indication or the signal indication disallowing transit, determines an observance level of a traffic rule based on the frequency of ignorance of the signal indication disallowing transit as well as the frequency of ignorance of the stop signal indication associated with lapse time of the stop signal indication at a time when the mobile body ignores the same, and notifies the observance level of the traffic rule in a predetermined manner through a notification section. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
