<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for input of input analysis of analog signals which execute a quick process of analyzing multichannel analog signals and a method for the same. <P>SOLUTION: A device 10 for input of analog signals comprises: a multiplexer 23 for outputting either of an externally input analog signal A and a generated reference voltage E; an A/D conversion section 25 for digitally converting the signal output from the multiplexer 23; a plurality of channels 12 each having a multiplexer 23 and an A/D conversion section 25; a signal extraction section 13 for extracting the worst value F<SB POS="POST">bad</SB>from a plurality of reference voltages F digitally converted in the respective channels 12; a segment 11 having the plurality of channels 12 and the signal extraction section 13; and a diagnosis section 14 for comparing a plurality of worst values F<SB POS="POST">bad</SB>output from a plurality of segments 11, respectively, with a threshold G to diagnose the input of analog signals A to each individual segment 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
