<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DRAM-type memory system and a memory management control method by which a DRAM-type memory is used to implement efficient continuous reading and writing of data, to allow handling of data in a FIFO format. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided with a plurality of memory units (#01-#04) each including a DRAM-type memory (4) and an interface circuit (1); a data input/output unit (5, 8) supplying write data to and extracting read data from the plurality of memory units; and a memory management control unit (6) causing each of the plurality of memory units to be operated in the same fixed cycle length and setting start timing of each fixed cycle length among the memory units such that writing of the write data and reading of the read data each are continuously performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
