<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering device, along with a missile including the same, capable of increasing a space inside of the missile. <P>SOLUTION: A hull includes a drive force generating device 110 annularly disposed while surrounding the hull, and a drive force transmitting device 111 for transmitting the drive force generated by the drive force generating device 110 to a steeling blade. The drive force generating device 110 includes a plurality of coils 105 annularly disposed on the hull, permanent magnets 104 annularly disposed in opposition to the plurality of coils 105, and a supporting gear 103 for supporting the permanent magnets 104.
