<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of power generation by recovering a condensed latent heat or the like from dry exhaust gas from a drying facility for pre-drying coal. <P>SOLUTION: The coal-fired power generation plant includes an indirect heating drier 1 which dries coal by indirectly heating coal charged in a casing by steam sent in a heating medium passage, a coal combustion boiler 3 which burns coal and generates steam, and a steam turbine 6 which generates power by the steam sent from the coal combustion boiler 3, and the plant heats boiler feed water to the coal combustion boiler 3 by the steam extracted from the steam turbine 6. The plant has a system which utilizes a part of the extracted steam as stream for heating the indirect heating drier 1, a condenser 5 for the steam turbine 6, a wet scrubber which is provided in a dry exhaust gas passage from the indirect heating drier 1, a heat recovering heat exchanger 22 which performs heat exchange between circulating water in the wet scrubber and condensed water in the condenser 5, and thus the plant is constituted to utilize the condensed water which has recovered the heat of the dry exhaust gas with the heat recovering heat exchanger 22 as the remaining heat for feed water to the boiler. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
