PURPOSE: A discharge controller apparatus of fluid-material having a rotation control stopper structure and a cosmetic container having the same are provided to control discharge of the fluid material by opening or closing an outlet. CONSTITUTION: A discharge controller apparatus of fluid-material having a rotation control stopper structure comprises a discharge unit(200), a discharge control unit and a rotary shoulder portion. The discharge unit comprises an inlet tube(210), a flat surface and an elevation supporting part. The elevation supporting part is connected to the inlet tube from the center of the flat surface. The discharge control unit can be elevated from inside of the elevation supporting part and the inlet of the discharge unit. The discharge control part controls the discharge of the fluid content. The exterior wall of the rotary shoulder portion is pivotally combined with the discharge part. The inner wall of the rotary shoulder portion is separated from the exterior wall. |
