<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening device having recessed-streak-shaped cutting aid lines in opposed faces of belt-shaped base materials, the fastening device sufficiently welded to a bag body and readily cutting the bag body together with the base materials along the cutting aid lines when attached to the bag body, and a readily openable fastening device attached bag equipped with the same. <P>SOLUTION: In the fastening device 10, detachably fitting male side fitting part 13 and female side fitting part 14 are respectively formed on/in the opposed faces of one pair of the base materials 11, 12 along longitudinal directions of the base materials 11, 12, and the recessed-streak-shaped cutting aid lines 15, 17 and protruded streaks 16a, 16b, 18a, 18b are disposed in/on the opposed faces 11a, 12a on the sides of one side ends 11b, 12b of the male side fitting part 13 and the female side fitting part 14 on/in the base materials 11, 12 in parallel respectively along the longitudinal directions.
