METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING INTERIOR MATERIAL FOR VEHICLE, AND INJECTION MOLDING EQUIPMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an interior material for a vehicle capable of ensuring the sufficient joining strength of a separate part to improve product quality.

SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the interior material for the vehicle by forming separate parts (a retainer 3 and a side clip 4) on the surface of an interior base material (ceiling base material 2) by injection molding, an air impermeable sheet layer 7 having air impermeability is provided on the surface side of the interior base material. This method for manufacturing the interior base material for the vehicle is equipped with an installation process for installing injection molding equipment 22 to a range for forming the separate parts on the surface of the interior base material, a perforation process for perforating holes 13 and 15 so as to penetrate through the air impermeable sheet layer from the surface of the interior base material by the injection molding equipment, a molten resin supply process for supplying molten resin in the holes by the injection molding equipment, a cooling process for cooling the molten resin supplied in the holes and a demolding process for detaching the injection molding equipment from the surface of the interior base material.
