<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device capable of adjusting the image quality of an image displayed by a display device to desired image quality. <P>SOLUTION: A storage circuit 12 stores, for each display device, parameters of a display processing characteristic in a display device to which image data is to be output, and also stores a target value of image quality based on a characteristic obtained by combining an image processing characteristic in an image processing circuit 10 and the display processing characteristic in the display device. The image processing circuit 10 adjusts processing parameters in performing image processing on the image data to be output to the display device based on the parameters of the display processing characteristic that is stored in the storage circuit 12 and corresponds to the display device and the target value of image quality stored in the storage circuit 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
