FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: system includes loading device, transporter with drive, measuring station consisting of two pneumatic measuring elements to control the length and diameter of cylindrical parts, which is connected to measuring instrument, actuating mechanisms, storages of parts, control system with memory device, which is connected to actuating mechanisms, measuring instrument and drive. Measuring element is made in the form of pneumatic ring containing three pairs of measuring nozzles located in three radial sections developed relative to each other through 60, and each pair of opposite nozzles is connected by means of communication line to measuring instrument. Measuring instrument is made in the form of three two-channel pneumatic electronic length gauges, and each measuring channel includes measuring chamber with pneumatic electronic converter, measurement processing unit, and is connected to one pair of measuring nozzles. ^ EFFECT: increasing efficiency and improving the sorting accuracy as per size groups of cylindrical parts. ^ 2 dwg |
