FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to neurosurgery. Two groups of factors are estimated: systemic with clinical parameters and factor of brain blood flow with Dopplerographic parameters. Indices are determined and estimated in weight units as it is shown in Table 1 and Table 2. Obtained data are summed up, degree of cerebral ischemia expression Dcie is calculated by mathematical formula: DcieÇè=((êæ(FCWi+FDWj)/limêæ(CWi+DWj))x100%, where CWi are weight units of clinical indices; DWj are weight units of Dopplerographic indices; FCWi are weight units of factual clinical indices; FDWi are weight units of factual Dopplerographic indices. If Dcie value is from 0 to 25%, 1 degree is diagnosed, if Dcie value is 26-50% - 2 degree, if Dcie value is 51-75% - 3 degree, if Dcie is 76-100% - 4 degree of secondary cerebral ischemia after surgical ablation of malignant neoplasm of brain. ^ EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase reliability of diagnostics, which is achieved due to complex estimation of systemic and clinical indices. ^ 2 tbl, 1 ex |
