PURPOSE: A motor pump-based air purifier, an air purifying method, and an air sterilizing method are provided to electrically sterilize bacteria in the air by passing the air through a filter part made of a conductor. CONSTITUTION: An air purifying method includes the following: air passes through a filtering part by using the air suction technique of a motor pump; and the air passes through a filter part made of a conductor and is electrically sterilized. Various kinds and sizes of filters are used for the air purifying method.
