PURPOSE: A fermenting composition for preventing and treating fatigue related diseases is provided to enhance anti-fatigue effects by including oriental medicine. CONSTITUTION: A fermenting composition for preventing and treating fatigue related diseases includes fermented ginseng added restorative herb medicine or the extracts as an active ingredient. The fermenting composition for preventing and treating fatigue related diseases includes restorative herb medicine extract in which schizandra chinesis Baillon or Acanthopanax senticosus is added to the fermented ginseng added restorative herb medicine as an active ingredient. The restorative herb medicine fermented product is schizandra chinesis Baillon or Acanthopanax senticosus added fermented ginseng which is obtained by adding 1-80% of schizandra chinesis Baillon or Acanthopanax senticosus based on the weight of the fermented ginseng and adding 1-50% of lactic acid bacteria based on the weight of the mixture and fermenting thereof within a temperature range of 10-80 deg. Celsius for 12 hours to 7 days.
