PURPOSE: A dimming control device, an LED driving device, a dimming control method are provided to prevent malfunction due to noise interference or clock jitter by compensating for a PWM signal. CONSTITUTION: A PWM signal generator(10) generates a pulse width modulation signal from a reference signal and an input voltage and includes a reference signal generating circuit(11) and a comparator(13). The comparator compares the input voltage with the reference signal generated from the reference signal generating circuit. A signal compensating unit(30) compensates for the PWM signal outputted from the PWM signal generating unit by using an inner clock signal. A synchronization unit(50) outputs the PWM control signal for dimming control by synchronizing the compensated signal with an external clock signal.
