<p>Provided is an optical pick-up device wherein the deformation of a cover for covering a housing is suppressed. The main surface of this optical pick-up device is covered with a cover (13). The cover (13) is provided with: a cover section (13G), a hole section (13) which is provided and screw-fixed at one end in the lengthways direction of the cover; an engagement section (13A) which is provided at the other end in the lengthways direction of the cover, and which engages with a housing; and an engagement section (13D) which engages with an opening section in the housing, in a middle section. The cover section (13G) is prevented from swelling toward the outside due to the engagement section (13D), arranged in the middle section of the cover section, (13G) engaging with the housing.</p> |
