<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the chain case structure of a straddle-type vehicle capable of preventing the easy deformation of a chain case even if oil supplied to a drive chain exceeds an appropriate amount. <P>SOLUTION: The chain structure includes a drive sprocket 3 for outputting a driving force from a power source, a driven sprocket 4 connected to a rear wheel, a drive chain 5 trained about between the drive sprocket 3 and the driven sprocket 4 to transmit the driving force of the drive sprocket 3 to the driven sprocket 4, a circumferential wall for covering the outer circumferential side of the driven chain 5, and a resin chain case 10 having right and left walls formed integrally with the circumferential wall to cover the side of the drive chain 5.
