<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To convey a steel sheet while effectively suppressing the meandering thereof in a steel sheet shearing facility for shearing both ends of the steel sheet in the width direction by a constant length at a time by a double-side shear. <P>SOLUTION: In the steel sheet shearing facility, when conveying the steel sheet which has passed through the double-side shear by one or more pinch rolls, an upper roll or/and a lower roll of at least one pinch roll x have a roll A toward the center in the steel sheet width direction and a roll B at the outside thereof, a relation between a circumferential speed v<SB POS="POST">A</SB>of the roll A and a circumferential speed v<SB POS="POST">B</SB>of the roll B is v<SB POS="POST">A</SB><v<SB POS="POST">B</SB>, and a boundary between the roll A and the roll B is on an extended line of the sheet passing direction at a shearing position of the double-side shear. By a difference in the circumferential speeds of the roll A and the roll B of the pinch roll x, as the steel sheet which is likely to meander at the downstream side of the double-side shear receives a centering force, the meandering of the steel sheet is effectively prevented. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
