<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly-sensitive chemiluminescence measuring method which comprises a luminescence measuring system to efficiently guide luminescence in solution to a light-receiving surface and a stray light shielding system to prevent dark current from varying. <P>SOLUTION: After a container storing a sample of luminescence measuring object is installed in a holder, a light-shielding plate arranged opposite to a light detector which detects light is moved from a position opposite to the light detector. After the light-shielding plate is moved, a light-receiving surface of the light detector is arranged at the same position where the light-shielding plate is arranged opposite to the light detector before the light-shielding plate is moved or at a position which is closer to the container than the position where the light-shielding plate is arranged before the same is moved and opposite to the container. Then, after the light-receiving surface of the light detector is arranged, luminescence measurement is performed for the sample with the light detector. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
