<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injector in which the armature of an actuator (solenoid valve) for driving a nozzle needle is prevented from being influenced by pressure pulsation and air. <P>SOLUTION: The injector is provided with an open communication path 50 allowing a valve chamber 40 and a low pressure flow path 9 to communicate with each other. The sliding clearance 51 of a sliding shaft section 37a has a smaller area than a flow path area of the open communication path 50. Thereby, a fuel flowing out of a valve hole 31 flows through the open communication path 50 to the low pressure flow path. That is, the fuel containing air and pressure pulsation flows into the open communication path 50 and as a result, the air and pressure pulsation can be prevented from reaching an accommodation chamber 48 (space accommodating the section 37b to be sucked of an armature 37) through the sliding clearance 51. Therefore, the section 37b to be sucked is not influenced by the air and pressure pulsation, so that the armature 37 can be prevented from being influenced by air and pressure pulsation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
