A harness connector comprises a shell, a gland and a terminal. The shell is provided with an assembly opening corresponding to the gland, the terminal is mounted in the shell, and the gland is accommodated into the assembly opening of the shell and presses the lines needed to be connected on the terminal for maintaining full connection. The harness connector ensures the quality of connection by setting a step convex of the gland and a fish scale shaped convex in a groove of the terminal and it enables the tighter combination of the conductor coating of the line with the terminal so as to improve the electric performance and the mechanical performance of products.
