<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition showing specific controlled gas diffusivity for oxygen and for water vapor as defined by copolymer stoichiometry. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a moisture barrier copolymer containing from about 90 wt.% to about 99.9 wt.% of a chlorotrifluoroethylene (CTFE), from about 10 wt.% to about 0.1 wt.% of a fluoromonomer and a non-fluorinated comonomer.
