<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which a reflection characteristic degrades when an interval between a coaxial line and a strip conductor of a triplate line becomes wider in the case where the triplate line comprises a multilayer substrate, relating to vertical feeding for connecting between the triplate line and the coaxial line. <P>SOLUTION: In a vertical feeder circuit, a ground conductor of 1st-4th dielectric substrates is connected to a ground pattern by a plurality of through holes, and a strip conductor, a through hole land, and a central conductor of the coaxial line are connected by the through hole.
