<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor with a brush capable of varying a rotational speed even in the case where an inter-segment voltage is reduced and a coil is wound by a concentrated winding method. <P>SOLUTION: Each of teeth 9 includes first coils 33U-33W wound by a concentrated winding method in the forward direction, and second coils 34U-34W wound by the concentrated winding method in the revere direction. A segment 14 comprises two segment groups 41 and 42 present in point symmetry about a rotational axis. The segments 14 of the same potential in each of the segment groups 41 and 42 are shorted each other by using connection wires 25a and 25b.
