The present invention relates to a carbon-ceramic brake disk and comprises: a plurality of radiation holes which are formed on a friction surface; a curved surface which is formed between the friction surface and the inner circumferential surface of the radiation holes; and grooves which are formed on the inner circumferential surface of the radiation holes. According to the present invention, the frictional heat generated from the carbon-ceramic brake disk is efficiently radiated to the outside when brake pads in a brake system press the friction surface of the carbon-ceramic disk to generate braking force. In other words, the carbon-ceramic disk is efficiently cooled. As a result, frictional heat generated from the carbon-ceramic disk that is conducted to a hat part is reduced and thereby deformation of the carbon-ceramic disk and the hat part is minimized.
