PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably determine gender and other characteristics of unhatched birds.

SOLUTION: The method for processing eggs based upon gender includes steps of: identifying live eggs among a plurality of eggs; extracting contents from the eggs identified as live eggs; inspecting the contents identified from each eggs and identifying the gender of the eggs; and selectively injecting a vaccine to the live eggs according to the gender.
