<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform appropriate video recording control depending on user's demands and a wireless communication environment. <P>SOLUTION: A portable telephone 100 has a 3G wireless controller 202 and an LTE wireless controller 203 performing wireless communication by a 3G wireless communication system and an LTE wireless communication system respectively. The portable telephone 100 has a television telephone controller 210 executing television telephone communication using a wireless communication path established by any one of the 3G wireless communication system and the LTE wireless communication system. The portable telephone 100 has an input controller 218 accepting a video recording request requesting for recording contents of the television telephone communication. The portable telephone 100 has a 3G/LTE switching controller 204 switching over from one of the 3G wireless communication system and the LTE wireless communication system to the other wireless communication system when receiving the video recording request.
