摘要 <p>The method involves forming a groove on an external periphery of a hollow shaft (24), so that a gear wheel (26) is mounted on the shaft. Another gear wheel (28) is formed in the external periphery of the shaft, so that root diameters (26d, 28d) of ends of the latter gear wheel differ from each other along axial direction. The former gear wheel is designed such that a gear wheel body (26B) of the former gear wheel is pressed into external periphery of the groove along the axial direction and the gear wheel body is fixed on the external periphery of the groove by plastic flow. An independent claim is also included for a gear wheel intermediate structure.</p>
