Plastic bottles capable of being assembled and an assembly thereof. The plastic bottle (10) comprises a bottle body (11), a bottle mouth (12), a bottleneck (13) connecting the bottle body (11) with the bottle mouth (12), and a bottle cover (14) covering the bottle mouth (12). The joint of the bottleneck (13) and the bottle mouth (12) is connected with a handle (16) suitable for sleeving the bottle body (11). At least one portion of the bottle body (11) is inwards recessed to form a recessed portion (18) that is suitable for the bottle cover (14) to be embedded therein. The assembly comprises a plurality of plastic bottles that are assembled into one. The bottle cover of each plastic bottle is embedded into the recessed portion of the bottle body of another plastic bottle, and the handle of each plastic bottle sleeves the bottle body of another plastic bottle, into which the bottle cover is embedded. In the plastic bottles and the assembly thereof, through the fit connection of the bottle covers and the recessed portions, the plastic bottles can be assembled; the convenience and the rapidness are brought to the assembling, and the plastic bottles can be assembled with each other at any time and any place. Moreover, the plastic bottles can be spliced just like building blocks, to form a firm stereoscopic assembled structure.
