<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hermetic compressor that can prevent a sliding part from being adversely effected by deformation occurring when fitting a rotor in a hollow shaft, thus achieving improved efficiency and reliability. <P>SOLUTION: The relaxation, by a deformation relaxing device 176, of the deformation of a main shaft 120 as a result of fitting of the rotor 116 prevents partial metal contact between a main shaft bearing 126 and the main shaft 120, thereby reducing friction. The reduced friction can result in reduced input and improved efficiency and also prevent the sliding part from damaging or wearing due to partial contact, thus improving reliability. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
