<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To separately evaluate molecule dynamic states in subregions if a region of interest (ROI) includes a plurality of subregions showing different molecule dynamic states when the ROI is analyzed through an acquired image of a biological sample. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a method of acquiring feature quantities of subregions included in a measurement region of an organism by using a device which measures and analyzes behavior of the organism, which includes: acquiring an analytic value by changing a rate of other subregions adjoining a subregion, moving a measurement region, and measuring the behavior of the organism; calculating an analytic value when the rate of the other subregions is 0 from the relation between the rate of the other subregions and the acquired analytic values; and determining the calculated analytic value as a feature quantity of the subregions. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
